Terms and Conditions

We have some basic simple rules and expectations of our guests:

• If you can not handle your alcohol, please refrain from consuming.
• If any guest becomes overly intoxicated and creates a dangerous environment on the boat it could cause the charter to end early with NO refund. (We have never had to do this to date)
• Be respectful to those around you and the environment.
• Listen to the Captain ...... he is the law on the open seas. lol
